Ginger
Ginger has been used for thousands of years in traditional healing systems. In India it’s known as maha aushadhi, meaning “the great medicine”.

Ginger is an effective remedy for nausea and vomiting occurring during pregnancy and also while travelling. It has also been found to be effective in relieving menstrual pain and migraine headaches. Many scientific studies show that ginger works as well as prescription drugs. Moreover there are no side effects as long as the recommended amount is used.
